Our Project
We want to thank David Nelson, Management and Program Analyst of the FEMA Corps Branch for our time in Crystal City. David always held us to the same high standards as himself, somehow knowing we would rise to the task. We also want to thank Shane Snyder, Administrative Specialist of the FEMA Corps Branch. He was kind and appreciated all the work that Kristen Lalley helped with at FEMA Headquarters. Last but not least, we want to than John Cashin, Nick Galiardo, and Chris Thompson of InterMedix for all the training and technical help they provided for WebEOC. Without David, Shane, John, Nick, or Chris, we would not have been as successful.
Arriving in Crystal City, we had no idea how technical and granular our job was about to become. But we quickly learned how much of an impact we were making- where future FEMA Corps teams were deployed will be based upon our work. We developed a program on WebEOC so FEMA can connect with FEMA Corps teams more effectively, and therefore utilize said FEMA Corps teams. Valuable skills were gained, such as product design, Java script, HTML, and web design. This database will change the means by which FEMA Corps teams are requested for service projects across the nation!

WebEOC Developers
Kristen Lalley
Database Administrator
WebEOC was used to create a database for FEMA Corps. Both the Project Board and Roster Board were created, using HTML, JavaScript, and WebEOC specific tags. Thanks to David, they had many resources to call upon whenever they were unsure. There were different websites provided, but Nick, Chris, and John from InterMedix were fantastic.
Cat Skelton
Project Support and Product Design

Kristen worked on DTS and the Access database every day. She managed and remedied Helpdesk tickets along with routine database functions. Her skills were so valued that she was taken to FEMA Headquarters to help even more.

Dustin Cardoza
Project Support

Cat created training guides, communication plans for internal and external stakeholders, and helped design the future end product. No matter what, Cat stepped up and completed every challenge.

Dustin assisted Cat with the training guides for future users of the WebEOC Database.
