Reflection

 

                The second round went by very fast in my eyes. We had a challenging project where we were pushed to our limits when it came to stress, time management, and the long work days. I think the team learned a great deal of valuable skills for the work place and their resumes during this round because we were dealing with a project we had never done before. I feel that the overall team dynamics were much more smooth this round, and although there was still some up’s and down’s, they weren’t nearly as dramatic. I loved working in the location we did because it gave us a ton of opportunities to go to museums and explore our community. The housing wasn't the best because we didn’t have enough cots for everyone and we had 4 people to a room which is a little ridiculous. But all in all we made it work.

                I think this might be the hardest time of the program because everyone is starting to see the finish line and just wants to get through the program. I feel the same way but I plan on finishing strong. I hope I was a good enough leader this round to my fellow Corps Members and honestly can’t wait to hand it off to the next one. This round was a challenge but also had so many fun memories I could never forget such as, going to all the Museums, going to Trivia Night with my team, meeting up with teams that are living close by to go out, and all of the funny sayings and quotes from this round. All in all, I loved this round and hope for another good one for the last round.
